The paintings of FE Jamieson were so fashionable he was contracted to paint exclusively for various furniture stores painting scenes on furniture

Scottish, 1895-1950. Francis E Jamieson was most notably known for his enchanting landscapes of the Scottish Highlands and Loch mountains. He became one of the most sought after and prolific artists of his time. Jamieson never exhibited in London as he sold his work through several dealers.
